If you are using Mac OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard, iMovie ‘09 may not recognize iPhoto Videos in the iMovie Event Library. This can occur because some older video file formats need to have QuickTime Player 7 installed in order to play. (more…)

MobileMe: Issues sending messages in Mail or other email applications

The following alert message may appear when sending a message from your me.com or mac.com account in Mac OS X Mail: “This message could not be delivered and will remain in your Outbox until it can be delivered. The reason for the failure is: An error occurred while delivering this message via the smtp server: [your-configured-server].” A similar message may appear in other email applications not made by Apple when trying to send a message via your me.com or mac.com account. Windows confuses iPod with network drive or hard drive and may keep iPod from mounting or songs may seem to disappear
