Sales Tax
CompuTech Support Services collects 9.25% sales tax on products shipped to the residents of California.
Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped via UPS, with delivery signature required, with a delivery option chosen by the customer during the check-out process. Returns and exchanges can be shipped back to CompuTech Support Services by any method the customers chooses. Most orders should ship within 1 business day of the order being placed. For items that are out of stock or backordered, CompuTech Support Services will contact the customer and provide an estimated time for shipping.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
CompuTech Support Services is happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days from receipt of merchandise, excluding Special Order Products (Refer to Special Order Products section below). Merchandise must be unused and in it's original condition to be eligible for return or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Please contact us prior to shipping any item back to obtain an RMA number to include with the return. Any items sent back without an RMA number will not be processed, until we are contacted.

Make sure to include your name, address, email address, RMA number, and a request for either a refund or exchange. Refunds can only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.
Cancellations
Any order can be cancelled at no charge as long as the item(s) ordered have not been shipped yet, excluding Special Order Products (Refer to Special Order Products section below). If you are going to cancel an order, please contact us immediately to ensure your order is cancelled before any items ship out. Orders cancelled after items have shipped will need to be shipped back to CompuTech Support Services at the customers expense before credit will be applied to customers account.
Special Order Products
Any product that is labeled as a special order product in the product description is not eligible for returns or cancellations. If the product is defective out of the box the product must be exchange or replaced directly with the manufacturer of the product in accordance with their warranty policy.
Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you via email. The remainder of the order will be shipped.
Order Status
You will receive an email stating when your package was shipped along with the tracking number of the package.
